Refund / Money back policy 

Our money back guarantee provisions have made it easier for you to make your decision to work with us. Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee is applicable only in the following cases:

  1. Where your task requirement is not a part of the services we provide
  2. In the occasion of excessive number of task requests, we are unable to take up your work 
  3. When the service you receive is different from what you expected and what we had agreed upon at the beginning of the work contract
  4. For the tasks that would take more than 15 days to complete from the exact delivery date. 

Our highly skilled team works diligently to make sure our clients are fully satisfied with the job delivered. If you are unhappy with the results, we would request you to reach out to us at Contact Us before initiating the request for a refund.

If you fail to inform  WeNexus  that you are not satisfied with the project outcome within 72 hours after receiving task service delivery,  WeNexus  will not offer any refund and will consider the project as a successful one.

If you notify  WeNexus  about your issues with the task completed within this timeframe of 72 hours, we will take it upon us to address your issues and deliver the project with all the modifications you asked or modify it as per your expectation. 

Our legal team would also look into the matter and compare the final results delivered by our team with the task requirements submitted by you to understand if the outcome is really different from what you had asked for at the beginning of the work contract.

Despite these attempts, if you are dissatisfied with the project outcome, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of your request to refund the amount and rollback the website to its prior state. 


  1. All services purchased through a sale, using a discount or through any type of promotion are final and don't apply for a 14-day guarantee refund.
  2. **Deleting any work we have done for you will not qualify for a full refund**
  3. Making changes by yourself during our work in your store will immediately disqualify you from a 14-day satisfaction guarantee refund.

 Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next task is to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
